These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Guided by Jesus website, Bible study app, and any purchases made through them. The Services are operated by Elevated Global LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the Services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful content or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display our Bible study guides, digital content, app features, prices, and other offer details accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other information are free from errors.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify or discontinue products or features, and refuse or cancel orders placed using incorrect information or pricing.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and available payment methods are displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout and may change without notice.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed or paid access is provided. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Trials and Subscriptions
Certain offers may include access to a trial or recurring subscription for the Guided by Jesus Bible study app.
The applicable trial period, subscription price, billing frequency, renewal date, and cancellation method will be disclosed before you complete your purchase or enrollment.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Elevated Global LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms presented during checkout.
Unless canceled before the next renewal is processed, the subscription will automatically renew.
You may cancel at any time through the cancellation method made available through the Services or by contacting us at contact@guidedbyjesus.com.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges processed before cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Services, including Bible study guides, lessons, devotionals, text, images, graphics, logos, app content, designs, and software, is owned by Elevated Global LLC or used under license.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.
6. Educational and Religious Disclaimer
Our Bible study guides, app content, devotionals, exercises, commentary, and related materials are provided for general educational, informational, devotional, and religious purposes.
The Services do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Religious beliefs and interpretations of Scripture may differ. We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, emotional, or other result from using the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any products purchased through them.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to you, disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be posted through the Services with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
